Welcome aboard! Viva Pictures is a film, documentary and series production company focused on sharing African stories with the world. Viva Pictures, led by Neo Ntlatleng, will take the role of Lead Co-Producer for the legend of South Africa. They will also actively look for local partners and financial options in the coming months.

Character development of Aimée
The original book character Aimée is seven years old. In the film, however, she is a teen who firmly has the feeling of discovering who she is and where she has her roots. She lives in Europe but has roots somewhere in Africa.

Ubuntopia's Art Director Jean-Claude Ngumire and his team aged Aimée and developed her appearance and characteristics. In the film, Aimée will be played by an actress.
